What I value most is familiarity with our market. We’re a SEMA company and he was already familiar with that industry. Valued that because I didn’t have to spend a lot of time getting up to speed on that.
Everybody that he hooks us up with are great. All his referrals are good. Can really rely on him to get us the right people. He has a good network of people we need.
I don’t see us leaving Aaron’s firm.
Everything he does is reasonable. Everyone else I work with in the industry…there’s just nothing that compares.
Honesty and transparency are particularly important. No surprises.
Aaron comes to the conferences we host every year. We really view him as part of our team. Really nice to hear from Aaron’s perspective why we need the information we ask for from our team members. Can really help educate our team.
He can always get us the right people to help us.
His approach to communication just works better for me than other attorneys. He and his junior attorney put together a claim’s summary on a monthly basis. They add in their notes. Keep us updated – these often lead to calls with others – and then they finish up with an email that recaps what we’re dealing with.
I get regular updates. They use plain English. They can explain technical information in clear, concise ways. It’s efficient communication, not communication for communication’s sake.
He really takes an interest in understanding everything about the case, the client, the product…in my case, the manufacturer. Really wanted to learn aftermarket. Vested interest, personal attention.
