Find Out What Aftermarket Law Clients Are Saying

Our clients love the sophistication and care with which we approach every matter, and appreciate the ease with which they can access our team. But you don’t have to take our word for it. You can find our client reviews on this page.

We have had some properties that are a bit more active and Aaron is just a pleasure to work with. Sometimes needed to go out to those locations and work directly with the risk managers.

Accessibility is huge. Aaron is always accessible by cell phone. I’ve interviewed other law firms and they didn’t want to give out their cell phones. But Aaron – I have his cell phone – and I can reach him on it.

He’ll even come over to your house on a Sunday.

Plus, his willingness as needed to meet or call with very little notice. I can think of a couple of occasions where he was in the area and came right out.

Aaron really lays out your case and explains why you have a good case and why you don’t.

He really takes an interest in understanding everything about the case, the client, the product…in my case, the manufacturer. Really wanted to learn aftermarket. Vested interest, personal attention.

What I value most is familiarity with our market. We’re a SEMA company and he was already familiar with that industry. Valued that because I didn’t have to spend a lot of time getting up to speed on that.

Everybody that he hooks us up with are great. All his referrals are good. Can really rely on him to get us the right people. He has a good network of people we need.

Aaron just attracts good people. He surrounds himself with good people.

I get regular updates. They use plain English. They can explain technical information in clear, concise ways. It’s efficient communication, not communication for communication’s sake.

Aaron has an approach unlike most other attorneys I’ve worked with – I can think of one other. They seem to really feel like they are a part of our family. He gets it that he is a long-term choice, an integral part of making that work is respecting our team and taking the time to meet folks face to face, spend time on the phone with them. There’s no ego. I have worked with quite a few attorneys – I don’t work with them for long – where it feels like they want to deal with the corporate folks. Want to deal with me, my boss (GC), get in front of our CEO. They want to do dinners, golf, boondoggles. That’s not who we are as a company. We are very family-oriented. When we’re not working, we’re with our families. Aaron got that immediately.
